COVID PROTOCOLS
The safety of our songwriters, attendees, and staff is very important to us.
Island Hopper Songwriter Fest is very different from the average music festival. Spread across 10 days, our shows take place across a variety of small, intimate venues, and majority are outside (think small beach bar with live music and that's our average venue). The nature of our festival allows for outdoor social distancing but we also want to ensure we are doing everything we can to make this a safe and comfortable event for everyone. Learn more about the precautions we are taking:
• Free masks will be available at all venues.
• Hand sanitizing stations will be available at all venues.
• At the few indoor venues, we recommend masks be worn, per CDC guidelines.
• Contactless satisfaction surveys in the form of QR codes will be available at all venues.
Please keep the following in mind:
• If you don't feel well, please stay home.
• If you find yourself in a crowded space where social distancing is not possible (inside or outside), please wear your mask.
• Wash your hands and take advantage of the hand sanitizing stations throughout the festival venues.
• Be respectful of those around you.
