CMA, ACM & Grammy nominee and Dove award winner Bobby Tomberlin, was raised in Luverne, Al, where he was a disc jockey at the age of 11, interviewing icons like Johnny Cash, Waylon and Keith Whitley. Bobby was discovered by Mel Tillis and recently celebrated his 30th year as a staff songwriter for CURB Word Music. Bobby co-wrote "One More Day", recorded by Diamond Rio, Darryl Worley’s Top 10 hit, "A Good Day To Run”, the 2023 Grammy nominated Dolly Parton/Bill Anderson single, “Someday It’ll All Make Sense”. Bobby co wrote four songs on Willie Nelson’s new release, Dream Chaser. Bobby has also had songs recorded by Blake Shelton, Barbra Streisand, Faith Hill, Uncle Kracker, Josh Turner, Kenny Rogers, Joe Nichols, Vince Gill, Rodney Atkins, Joe Diffie, Pam Tillis, Mo Pitney, Jamey Johnson, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chris Young, Walker Montgomery, The Oak Ridge Boys, Deana Carter, Thompson Square, actor Chris Pine, Craig Morgan, Terri Clark, Neal McCoy, Asleep at the Wheel, Lee Greenwood, and many others. Bobby has appeared on numerous television shows including Country’s Family Reunion & Opry Backstage. Bobby has also been featured in several films including Wheeler, starring Kris Kristofferson and Stephen Dorff. Bobby’s latest release, Out Of Road, featured guest vocals by Vince Gill, Bill Anderson and Bobby Bare. Bobby recently released his memoir, I’ve Lived Country Music.
